We finally made it out to Maypop for their dim sum brunch (every Saturday and Sunday 11-3).

Pictured are their BaoDin (with blood orange mustard), bacon scallion pancake, watermelon and roasted eggplant, thai curry beignets (topped with coconut wasabi foam and lime powder), braised lamb with roti bread, complimentary espresso and sea salt caramel, and of course a bloody mary and iced thai tea.
